内燃机车用柴油机润滑系统分析与一维仿真

【摘要】 利用FlowMaster软件对某内燃机车柴油机润滑系统进行了仿真计算分析,在稳态仿真计算中,对比了在40.3℃、标准大气压工况下,发动机在1 000、900、800、700、600、500(r.min-1)转速下各油道的压力、流量,并通过机油泵性能试验进行验证。试验验证表明:发动机压力、流量、流速均在合理范围内;仿真计算可在一定程度上满足发动机润滑系统的性能预测需求。

【Abstract】 Simulation analysis was carried out on a diesel locomotive engine’s lubrication system using FlowMaster.In the steady state simulation calculation,in 40.3 ° under standard atmosphere,the oil duct pressure and flow rate in the varied speed of 1 000(r · min-1),900(r · min-1),800(r · min-1),700(r · min-1),600(r · min-1) and 500(r · min-1) were compared with each other,and moreover,verified through oil pump performance test.The experimental results show that the engine pressure,flow rate,the flow speed were all in the reasonable scope,and the simulation can forecast the performance of engine oil lubrication system in a certain degree.
