一种电控共轨柴油机低温起动失效模式分析
Analysis on a Cold Start Failure Mode of Common Rail Diesel Engine
【摘要】 针对一台电控共轨柴油机在冷起动过程中的起动失败,从多个方面查找、分析了可能的原因,发现飞轮转动惯量不够会使转速传感器信号变形,导致ECU误判,从而造成发动机冷起动失败。增加飞轮质量后,该问题顺利解决。
【Abstract】 To work out a cold start failure of a common rail diesel engine in test bench,analysis on possible causes was made.As a result,the real cause of the failure was located.It is the moment of inertia of the flywheel that causes the deformation of the speed signal,which leads to the wrong judgment of the ECU.The issue is successfully solved by increasing the mass of the flywheel.
