【Abstract】 Anti-reflective coating solutions were prepared by means of radiation polymerization.fluorine monomer and nano-silica sol were used as low reflection materials,at the same time,solvents,UV-curing momomer,initiator and levelling agent were also added as auxiliary agents to the coating solution.Anti-reflective film was rod coated onto the TAC substrate.The effects of dispersion medium,size and amount of particles of nano-silica sol on the properties,such as fog,refraction and reflection of the anti-reflection film were investigated.更多还原
