【摘要】 Fe-Ga快淬薄带与Fe-Ga铸态试样相比,饱和磁致伸缩性能明显增加。概述了目前磁致伸缩Fe-Ga快淬薄带研究的主要问题,阐述了镓含量、第三添加元素、甩带线速度和热处理对Fe-Ga快淬薄带微观结构及磁致伸缩性能的影响。重点介绍了Fe-Ga基快淬薄带磁致伸缩增强的机理,除了产生磁致伸缩的基本原因外,薄带〈100〉择优取向以及类B2结构的出现是导致其饱和磁致伸缩应变增大的主要原因。探讨了铁镓合金薄带研究中急需解决的问题,并提出获得稳定、较高磁致伸缩系数和降低成本是未来的研究方向。

【Abstract】 The saturation magnetostrictive strain of melt-spun Fe-Ga ribbons increases significantly compared with as-cast Fe-Ga alloys.The main problems in melt-spun Fe-Ga ribbons are reviewed.The dependence of microstructure and magnetostriction on Ga content,ternary additions,melt-spinning linear velocity and heat treatment are summarized.The enhancing mechanism of saturation magnetostrictive strain in melt-spun Fe-Ga alloys was introduced.In addition to the basic reason leading to magnetostriction as in Fe-Ga ingot alloys,〈100〉preferred orientation and B2-like structure are main reasons resulting in the enhancement of saturation magnetostrictive strain in Fe-Ga melt-spun ribbons.At last,the prospects of the possible developments in the future are proposed,that is to enhance stable magnetostriction and decrease production cost.
