Ti掺杂对NiZn铁氧体低频损耗特性的影响
Influence of Ti-doping on the power loss property of Ni-Zn ferrite
【摘要】 用固相反应法合成了Ni0.4Zn0.6Fe2-xTixO4(x=0,0.025,0.05,0.075,0.1)铁氧体材料,并测定了样品在低频低磁通密度下的损耗特性,研究了TiO2掺杂对材料的起始磁导率及磁损耗的影响。实验结果表明,随TiO2掺杂量的增大,材料的损耗先降低后增加,机理较复杂,掺杂量在0.05左右,磁导率最大,磁损耗最小。
【Abstract】 Ni0.4Zn0.6Fe2-xTixO4(x=0,0.025,0.05,0.075,0.01)ferrites were synthesized by solid state reaction method.The influence of TiO2 doping on initial permeability and magnetic loss of the ferrites was investigated.The results show that with increasing Ti-doping magnetic loss decrease first and then increase,and the mechanism is more complex.The sample with optimal Ti-doping amount of near to 0.05 has the highest permeability and lowest magnetic loss.
