温度对电路板辐射特性的影响分析及评估
The Effect and Estimation of Temperature to Emission Characteristics of Chips
【摘要】 阐述了在不同温度条件下实验测量得到的TMS320C6711实验电路板辐射特性,分析并总结出温度对电路板辐射特性的影响,结果表明温度对此电路板的辐射没有太大的影响;然后利用矢量拟合技术对电路板4区域的辐射特性进行分析,建立包含温度系数的统一辐射特性多项式,为估算不同温度下电路板的辐射特性提供了一种方法;结果表明,辐射特性多项式的模拟结果与实验结果相当吻合。
【Abstract】 According to the data of TMS320C6711 board radiation experiments at different temperatures,we analyze and summarize the effect of the radiation characteristics of the circuit board based on temperature.The results showed that the ambient temperature is not significantly affected on the board radiation.Then we used the vector fitting technique to analysis the radiation characteristics of the circuit board 4zone,and establish a uniform radiation characteristics polynomial including temperature coefficient,and provide a method for estimate the radiation characteristics of the circuit board at different temperatures.Experimental results show that radiation polynomial simulation are as same as the experimental results.
