无失效数据下滚动轴承的可靠性估计
Reliability Estimation for Rolling Bearings Based on Zero-Failure Data
【摘要】 在滚动轴承无失效数据下,将Weibull分布转化为指数分布,以指数分布的失效率和Weibull分布形状参数为切入点,根据历史试验数据,拟合得到形状参数的概率分布,在形状参数先验分布分别为均匀分布与拟合出的概率分布时,利用无失效试验数据得出失效率和形状参数的Bayes估计,进而计算出Weibull分布的特征寿命估计,并通过实例验证了估计结果的准确性。
【Abstract】 The Weibull distribution is transformed into exponential distribution by utilizing rolling bearing zero-failure data.Taking the failure rate of exponential distribution and shape parameters for Weibull distribution as entry point and according to the historical test data,the probability distribution of shape parameters is fitted.In the case of shape parameter prior distributions are uniform distribution and the fitting out probability distribution,the Bayes estimation of failure rate and shape parameters are calculated by using zero-failure test data,then the characteristic life estimation of Weibull distribution is calculated.At last,an example is used to verify the accuracy of the estimation results.
