【摘要】 近年来,各地政府越来越重视城市总体规划的评估工作,但对其中要素评估的具体测度的研究却依然较为欠缺。通过城市总体规划的预期与实施情况的对比分析,提出了具体的测度思路与方法,并把规划绩效水平由优至差划分为规划效能、规划落差、规划失灵三种测度水平。以《连州市城市总体规划(1997-2015年)》为例进行了案例分析,以期推动城市总体规划绩效评估方法的构建和完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,China’s local governments pay more and more attention to city planning evaluation,but the research on the measurement level is still relatively deficient.This essay compares the expected and the implementation of city planning and evaluates the performance by the planning effectiveness,the planning drop,the planning failure between three level measurement.And with the "Lianzhou city master plan(1997 ～2015) "this essay brings ideas to promote and improve the construction of the evaluation method of city planning performance.更多还原
