家蚕抗药性的研究现状及其思考
Research Progress and Biological Feasibility on Resistance of Silkworm to Pesticides
【摘要】 环境污染和化学农药的广泛使用是影响农业生境的主要因素。家蚕由于长期的人工驯化和饲养,对农药和环境抗逆性差,可能成为抗药性和环境胁迫研究的指示生物,也是研究鳞翅目昆虫抗药性的理想生物之一。本文介绍了与抗药性相关的基因及主要解毒酶系;家蚕解毒酶系的表达特性及相关基因的克隆与功能研究现状。
【Abstract】 Environmental pollution and the widespread use of chemical pesticides have become the main factors which affect the agricultural habitats. Due to the long-term artificial domestication and breeding, silkworms have a low stress resistance to the pesticides and the environment, which become one of the ideal biological indicators to study the pesticides or insecticides resistance. This article described the genes related to the resistance and main detoxification enzymes, characteristics and gene cloning and function of silkworm detoxification enzyme.
