【Abstract】 Technology-oriented R&D personnel in an enterprise are a group of people,whose communication ability has their own characteristics. By means of four dimensions of analyzing R&D personnel’s self communication,inner communication,communicating with managers,and external communication,the paper proposes a design of an enterprise’s technology-oriented R&D personnel’s communication ability development model based on the two levels of an organization and an individual.
