锅炉温度控制系统的设计与仿真研究
Design and Simulation of the Boiler Temperature Control System
【摘要】 针对锅炉水温与流量串级控制系统,用实验方法建立了锅炉温度数学模型,设计出一种模糊自整定PID调节器,此调节器作为锅炉水温与流量串级系统的主调节器,可以使系统同时具有良好的目标值跟踪特性和干扰抑制特性.仿真试验结果表明,与常规PID控制相比,系统的动态性能和稳态性能得到了进一步的提高.
【Abstract】 For the cascade control system of boiler temperature and flow, the boiler water temperature model is established .The fuzzy self-tuning PID regulator is designed and it is the main controller of the cascade control system. A very good dynamic response performance of both the command tracking and disturbance rejection characteristics can be achieved simultaneously. Compared with the conventional PID regulator, the proposed control scheme has been proved valid according to the simulation results.
