基于复杂性科学的低碳生态城规划实践与探索
Practice and Exploration of Ecological City Planning Based on Complexity Sciences
【摘要】 本文结合淮安生态新城的低碳生态规划实践,就复杂性科学在生态城市规划中的应用展开研究,重点通过规划思路与工作机制、规划编制技术、规划控制与管理路径等创新,探索以低碳发展为主线,以协同高效为特征的生态城市规划编制方法,以期促进生态城市规划的科学性、适应性和可操作性。
【Abstract】 By integrating the practice of low-carbon planning for Huai’an Eco-town,this paper carries out studies on the application of complexity sciences in ecological city planning.It focuses on exploring ecological city planning methods through the innovation of planning ideas and working mechanism,planning techniques,planning control and management path.These methods are expected to be featured in synergism and high efficiency under the guidance of low-carbon development,so as to promote the scientificalness,flexibility and operability of ecological city planning.
