【Abstract】 By integrating the practice of low-carbon planning for Huai’an Eco-town,this paper carries out studies on the application of complexity sciences in ecological city planning.It focuses on exploring ecological city planning methods through the innovation of planning ideas and working mechanism,planning techniques,planning control and management path.These methods are expected to be featured in synergism and high efficiency under the guidance of low-carbon development,so as to promote the scientificalness,flexibility and operability of ecological city planning.更多还原
