【摘要】 通过对交通肇事被害人救助问题的调查研究,发现近年来理论界借鉴国外比较成熟的刑事被害人救助经验,开始探索我国刑事被害人救助的构建,司法机关和地方立法机关更是对此进行了有益的尝试。在此基础上,提出从交通肇事被害人救助专项机构设置、专项资金来源、重视对交通肇事被害人精神救助三个方面,对交通肇事案件中刑事被害人的救助机制进行构建。更多还原
