【摘要】 对汽车大规模定制与汽车集群供应链的内涵、汽车集群供应链实施大规模定制的优势及策略进行了系统分析,认为:1)汽车大规模定制离不开汽车集群供应链的支持,汽车集群供应链已成为实现汽车大规模定制的有效组织保障。2)汽车集群供应链能够将汽车产业集群和汽车供应链管理两者的优势耦合在一起,因而在实施大规模定制生产时有着独特的优势。3)切实加强客户关系管理、采用"模块化技术+延迟化策略"的运作方式、建立高效的物流系统、整合与塑造汽车集群品牌是汽车集群供应链实施大规模定制的有效策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article analyzes the connotation of the automobile mass customization and automobile cluster supply chain,and also the strategies and advantages of mass customization in automobile cluster supply chain.Study concludes that: 1) Automotive mass customization is inseparable from the support of automobile cluster supply chain,and the supply chain cluster has become the effective organizational guarantee for the implementation of mass customization.2) Automobile cluster supply chain can couple the advantages of automobile industrial cluster and supply chain management,so it has a unique advantage in the implementation of mass customization production.3) Strengthening the customer relationship management,using the "module+postponement strategy" operation mode,establishing the efficient logistics system,integrating and shaping the automotive cluster brand are all effective strategies of mass customization of automobile cluster supply chain.更多还原
