【摘要】 武广高铁使长沙正式迈入高铁时代.以长沙为研究对象,认为高铁能给长沙带来交通区位提升、货运能力释放、经济腹地范围扩大、产业结构优化升级等正面效益,同时也存在诸如人才外流、与民航竞争加剧等负面效应.最后针对放大高铁对长沙市的正面效应,减小负面效应提出相应的建议.更多还原

【Abstract】 Wuhan-Guangzhou high speed railway brings Changsha into high speed railway times.This paper takes Changsha city as an example and argues that high speed railway exerts positive impacts on Changsha,such as promoting traffic location,releasing freight capacity,expanding economic hinterland and upgrading the industrial structure;it also has negative aspects,such as brain drain and intensifying competition with civil aviation.Finally,proposals are put forward to enlarge the positive effects and reduce the negative impacts of high speed railway on the development of Changsha.更多还原
