基于手工编程的变距双向螺杆四维加工方法研究
Study on Bi-directional Screw Four-dimensional Processing Method Based on Manual Programming
【摘要】 对变距双向螺杆的图形进行建模、图形展开、程序编制,并采用回转工作台和活动顶尖作为加工夹具,选用高速钢键槽铣刀作为加工工具,ABS为螺杆材料,在四轴加工中心上,完成了利用手工编程的方法对形状较为复杂的变距双向螺杆的制造.结果表明此方法制造的变距螺杆精度高、表面过渡平滑,方法简便实用.
【Abstract】 The study completes the manufacturing of bi-directional screw pitch with complex shape by using the method of manual programming in four axis machining center.The results demonstrate that the pitch screw manufactured in this way is of high precision and smooth surface,and the method is simple and practical.
