“21天计划”在大学养成教育中的实践与思索

【摘要】 育人的最佳途径是养成好习惯,大学也不例外。大量事例表明,绝大多数人可以用21天打破或养成一种新习惯或新观念。恰当应用"21天计划"能够提高养成教育的成效,其中有四个关键要素,即通过各种途径让人们重视习惯,在头脑中渗入期待改变的愿望,然后制定出恰当的目标,实施"21天计划",最后再调整继续,如此循环训练,就能养成更多的好习惯或观念,从而引领人们一生的优秀与成功。其中"21天计划"是养成教育的关键要素,应当在高校教育中得到推广应用。

【Abstract】 The best education way is to develop a good habit into people,so does it in the university.A large number of examples showed that,most people could use 21-day-plan to break or develop a new habit or new ideas.Proper application of 21-dayplan could promote the effect of formative education.There are three key elements,namely indoctrinating the desire of change into people’s mind through various channels,setting up appropriate goals,and implementing the 21-day-plan.Among them,21-day-plan is a key link,which should be paid attention to and widely used in the college.
