【摘要】 把舆论监督难简单归咎于外部大环境不够宽松是不对的,党的新闻政策是舆论监督大环境的核心,党历来重视舆论监督,并不断创新舆论监督思想。特别是十六大以来,党的舆论监督思想有了重大创新,这些创新包括提升舆论监督的政治高度、明确舆论监督的体系定位、强化舆论监督的制度建设、细化舆论监督的操作原则、重视舆论监督的网络阵地。这些创新优化了舆论监督的外部环境,为加强和改进舆论监督指明了方向。因此,新闻媒体应该用好用足政策,切实搞好舆论监督工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is wrong that the bad external environment leads to dilemma of the supervision by public opinion,CPC’s news policy is the core of the environment,the party has always attached great importance to the supervision of public opinion,and innovated supervision by public opinion thought.Especially from 16th national congress,CPC has major innovation of supervisory by public opinion thought,including improving political level,clearing system positioning,intensifying regulations construction,clarifying operating principles and emphasizing internet position of supervisory.By the innovations,we should improve the supervisory work practically.更多还原
