【摘要】 目的观察紫杉醇脂质体联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效和毒副作用。方法选择该院收治的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者80例分为研究组和对照组,各40例。研究组给予紫杉醇脂质体(135mg/m2,静脉滴注3h,第1天),对照组给予紫杉醇(135mg/m2,静脉滴注3h,第1天),两组均联合使用顺铂75mg/m2,静脉滴注,分3d给予,以21d为1个周期。评价两组近期疗效、远期疗效和毒副反应。结果研究组与对照组总有效率(RR)分别为27.5%、25.0%,二者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组皮疹、肌肉/关节酸痛、周围神经病变发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组无进展生存期为5.3个月(95%CI3.713~6.408),中位生存期为9.3个月(95%CI 8.337~9.907);对照组无进展生存期为4.6个月(95%CI 3.187~5.547),中位生存期为9.4个月(95%CI7.787~11.602),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论紫杉醇脂质体联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床近期疗效及远期疗效与紫杉醇相当,但其过敏反应较低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects and toxicity of paclitaxel liposome combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 80cases of patients of advanced non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into study group and control group,40cases in each group.Study group was treated with paclitaxel liposome(135mg/m2,IV drip 3h,first days),control group received paclitaxel(135mg/m2,IV drip 3h,first days),the two groups combined with cisplatin 75mg/m2,IV drip,for 3days,take 21days as one cycle.Results The study group CR 0.0%(0/40),PR 27.5%(11/40),RR 27.5%(11/40);control group CR 0.0%(0/40),PR 25.0%(10/40),PR 25.0%(10/40),(P>0.05).The research group of rash,muscle and joint pain,peripheral neuropathy was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The research group of progression-free survival was 5.3months(95%CI3.713-6.408),the median survival period was 9.3months(95%CI 8.337-9.907);control group of progression-free survival was 4.6months(95%CI 3.187-5.547),the median survival period was 9.4months(95%CI7.787-11.602),the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Paclitaxel liposome combined with cisplatin in treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer clinical efficacy and long-term efficacy of taxol and quite,but with less allergic reaction.更多还原
