【Abstract】 Online arbitral trial is a trial mode which combines the internet with the traditional arbitration.It is beneficial to lower the cost of the arbitration,guarantee the justice of the arbitration,make arbitration convenient for clients,and accommodates the development of the online economy.The modes of the online trial are oral hearing and documentary hearing.The oral trial includes five stages: preparation,investigation,debate,deliberation and arbitrament.To improve the online arbitral trial,the conditions of view,legislation,technology and talent should be created.更多还原
