F1代杂交盘羊同期发情处理时血清生化指标的变化研究

【摘要】 通过对盘羊杂交一代母羊和巴什拜母羊同期发情前后的血清总胆红素、直接胆红素、碱性磷酸酶、谷丙转氨酶、血糖、血酮体、血酸度的测定、分析与比较的显示:同期发情后总胆红素、直接胆红素、碱性磷酸酶的平均数值明显低于同期发情前的数值(p<0.01),谷丙转氨酶测定的平均数值高于同期发情前的数值,差异极显著(p<0.01);血糖、血酮体高于同期发情前的数值,巴什拜母羊的血糖浓度差异极显著(p<0.01);盘羊杂交一代母羊与巴什拜母羊的血清总胆红素、直接胆红素、碱性磷酸酶、谷丙转氨酶、血酮体的同期相比虽有差别,但差异不显著(P>0.05),其中血糖在同期发情前、血酸度在同期发情后差异极显著(P<0.01)。这种比较有规律性的结果说明:盘羊杂交一代母羊和巴什拜母羊通过外源性的孕激素、促卵泡素、前列腺素、促排卵素等生殖激素发情调控,对肝功能指标和葡萄糖营养代谢水平有不同程度的影响作用。

【Abstract】 Through the oestrus of ovis ammon of the first-filial generation ewes and Bashibai ewes the which before and after the oestrus,analysis and comparative the serum total bilirubin,direct bilirubin,alkaline phosphatase,glutamic-pyruvic transaminase,blood sugar,blood ketone body,blood acidity measurement,it shows that: after the oestrus of the ovis ammon of the first-filial generation ewes and Bashibai ewes it’s serum total bilirubin,direct bilirubin and alkaline phosphatase are lower than the same period of the oestrus value,have a significant difference(P<0.01),the average value of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase is higher than the same period before the oestrus,have a significant difference(P<0.01);Blood glucose and blood ketone bodies is higher than the value before the estrus synchronization,the Bashibai ewes blood glucose concentration has a very significant difference(P<0.01);although the argali hybrid generation ewes with Bashibai ewes serum total bilirubin,direct bilethe red pigment,alkaline phosphatase,alanine aminotransferase,blood ketone bodies compared to the same period have different,but the difference was not significant(P> 0.05),before estrus synchronization including blood glucose,blood acidity after estrus synchronization difference was very significant(P<0.01).This regularity results shows: argali the hybrid generation ewes and Bashibai ewes by exogenous progesterone,follicle-stimulating hormone,prostaglandin,LRH reproductive regulation of hormones and estrus,not only can reduce the hybrid generation ewes and Bashibai ewes estrus synchronization on time,then have a varying degrees of impact on the liver function and the level of glucose of nutritional and metabolic role.
