造纸废水处理工艺碳足迹核查——以苏州某造纸企业为例
The study on carbon footprint of paper waste water treatment process-Taking a paper enterprise in Jiangsu province as example
【摘要】 <正>根据《PAS2050规范》指导原则,结合生命周期评价的方法,运用德国PE公司最新研发的Ga Bi软件,对苏州市某造纸企业污水处理设施上超滤前后新旧两种工艺进行碳足迹核查并作出比较。分别对其建设施工阶段、运行阶段及其拆除阶段的碳排放进行了计算。结果显示:每生产1吨铜版纸,上超滤前的污水处理设施二氧化碳排放量为49.4千克,上超滤后为29.9千克。由此可见,引进超滤设备后,减少了污水处理设施的温室气体排放。
【Abstract】 Based on the guiding principle of PAS2050, combining with the life cycle assessment, the study on carbon footprint of the old and new processing line at a paper enterprise in Jiangsu province was made. The carbon emission calculation of the construction, running and weeding stages were made respectively. The results showed that the carbon dioxide emission was 49.4 kg for the waste water treatment facility before ultrafiltration per 1 ton art paper production, and 29,9 kg after ultrafiltration.so it was proved that ultrafiltration can decrease the carbon dioxide emission.
