热硫化硅橡胶发泡过程中硫化与发泡速度匹配的研究

【摘要】 采用UR-2030发泡流变仪,系统研究了以发泡剂H为代表的热硫化硅橡胶海绵体系的硫化发泡特性。结果表明,BPO硫化剂与发泡剂H的硫化发泡匹配性较好,BPO(过氧化二苯甲酰)、DCP(过氧化二异丙苯)复合硫化体系中,BPO用量大于0.4份时易于获得闭孔结构的海绵材料,BPO用量小于该值时可获得局部穿孔的海绵材料。白炭黑的比表面积越大,其海绵的硫化曲线增长越快。

【Abstract】 The foaming properties of thermal-vulcanized sponge silicone rubber system,taking foaming agent H as representation,were systematically investigated with the aid of UR-2030 foaming rheometer.The results show that curing agent BPO and foaming agent H have good curing and foaming matching.When the amount of BPO is larger than 0.4,BPO/DCP composite vulcanization system tend to obtain closed-pore sponge materials.Local performation of the sponge material can be obtained when the amount of BPO is less than this value.The larger white carbon black surface area will result in the faster increase of vulcanization curve of the sponge materials.
