水-空交替淬火技术及其在石油套管热处理中的应用研究
Study of Water-air Alternative Quenching Technology and Its Application on Heat Treatment of Oil Casing
【摘要】 以热轧25MnV钢石油套管为研究对象,通过性能测试、透射电镜等方法,对比研究了水-空-水双介质交替淬火和强化冷却淬火两种工艺对钢的组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:水-空-水交替淬火工艺可以有效减少石油套管的淬火内应力,防止淬火裂纹的产生;在该工艺下所得下贝氏体+板条马氏体束交割分布的复相组织以及马氏体条间少量残余奥氏体等二次析出相的综合作用下,材料的冲击韧性明显提高,综合力学性能大幅改善,提高了石油套管的抗断裂失效能力和使用安全性。
【Abstract】 Taking hot-rolled 25MnV steel casing as the research object,through the performance test,transmission electron microscope and other methods,the effects of water-air-water double medium alternative quenching and enhanced cooling quenching two kinds of process on microstructure and mechanical properties of the tested steel were comparative studied.The results show that:water-air-water quenching process can effectively reduce the quenching stress of oil casing,prevent the generation of quenching crack.Under the comprehensive action of duplex microstructure combined with lower bainite+ martensite lath beam delivery distribution and the secondary precipitates such as a small amount of residual austenite between martensite,the impact toughness of the alloy is obviously improved,the comprehensive mechanical properties improved greatly,improve the fracture resistance of oil casing failure and safety.
