水溶液中Sm-Co薄膜的制备及其磁学性质

【摘要】 在以甘氨酸为络合剂的水溶液中,利用恒电位技术成功制备出了高Sm含量(质量分数为62.2%)的Sm-Co合金薄膜。循环伏安曲线表明,甘氨酸在电化学沉积Sm-Co合金薄膜的过程中具有重要作用。络合物[CoⅡ-SmⅢ(Gly-)2(HGly±)]3+的形成有利于Sm和Co在相对低电位下的共沉积。X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析结果表明,镀态合金膜为非晶态,经过退火处理后,合金膜由非晶态转化为多晶态结构,出现了永磁相Sm2Co17,合金膜的矫顽力明显增大。

【Abstract】 m-Co films with high Sm content(62.2 wt%)were electrodeposited from the aqueous solution containing glycine as a complexing agent by potentiostat technology.The measurements of cyclic voltammetry showed that the glycine plays a vital role in the electrodeposition of Sm-Co films.The forming of stable complex[CoⅡSmⅢ-(Gly-)2(HGly±)]3+facilitates the codeposition of Sm with Co at relatively low potential.The X-ray diffraction showed that the as-deposited Sm-Co films were amorphous.After annealing process,the films transformed into crystalline state and the permanent Sm2Co17 phase was formed,which enhanceed the coercivity of the films significantly.
