Sm-N-TiO2光催化剂的制备及其光催化性能研究

【摘要】 采取N过量,改变Sm浓度的方式,借助于溶胶-凝胶法成功制备了稀土金属Sm和无机非金属N有机结合的Sm-N-TiO2样品。研究了Sm掺杂对N-TiO2光催化剂的结构、光吸收和光催化活性的影响,并对甲基橙溶液进行降解实验。结果表明,制备的Sm-N-TiO2与未掺Sm的N-TiO2相比有较高的光催化活性。掺杂1.0%(摩尔分数)Sm,650℃焙烧4h条件下得到的样品性能最佳。

【Abstract】 Sm and N co-doped TiO2 photocatalyst were prepared by sol-gel method with titanium tetrabutoxide,triethylamine and Sm2O3 as precursors.The influences of Sm on structure,absorbance and photocatalytic activity were investigated.The results of degradation of methyl orange by Sm-N-TiO2 showed that the performance of Sm-doped N-TiO2 was better than that of N-TiO2.The proper sintering condition was obtained as a temperature of 650 ℃ for 4 h,when the mole fraction of the Sm was 1.0%.
