带有一维纳米阵列结构LiFePO4薄膜的制备与表征

【摘要】 通过阳极氧化铝模板辅助溶胶-凝胶法制备了带有一维纳米阵列结构的LiFePO4薄膜。其中,柠檬酸不仅起到络合剂的作用,还为体系提供了碳源。采用XRD、TEM、SEM等测试手段对试样进行了表征,结果表明,制备的LiFePO4结晶良好。同时考察了不同条件对沉积LiFePO4纳米线的影响,确定了沉积纳米线的优化条件:真空沉积,溶胶浓度为0.25mol/L,沉积次数为3次,去模板时间为40min,冷冻干燥。

【Abstract】 The LiFePO4 films attached with nanoarrays were successfully fabricated by a sol-gel method with porous anodic aluminum oxide(AAO) as the template.The citric acid in this sol-gel process played the role of not only a complexing agent but also a carbon source.The products were characterized by X-ray diffractometry(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) techniques.The results show that the as-prepared LiFePO4 crystallize well.The influence of different conditions on LiFePO4 nanowires′ deposition was investigated.The optimized conditions for depositing nanowires are:sol concentration is 0.25 mol/L,employing vacuum deposition,depositing 3 times,removing templates in 40 min and freeze-drying.
