球磨时间对NiFe2O4-10NiO基惰性阳极性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了球磨时间对所制备NiFe2O4-10NiO基镍铁尖晶石的微观形貌、体积密度、气孔率、抗热震性、抗腐蚀性的影响。研究结果表明球磨时间对惰性阳极的性能影响很大。当球磨时间为6h时,试样的体积密度最大,气孔率最小,抗腐蚀性最强,提高了球磨效率,但由于体积密度大,增大了试样的脆性,其抗热震性较差。综合试样各方面的性能,确定最佳球磨时间为6h。

【Abstract】 The effects of milling time on microstructure,volume density,porosity,thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance of inert anodes of NiFe2O4-10NiO were studied.The results show that milling time has great effects on properties of inert anodes.When the milling time is 6 h,the density is maximum increased and the porosity is minimum increased,the corrosion resistance is the best,which improves the ball mill efficiency,but because of the vo-lume density,the brittleness increased,which lead to its thermal shock resistance poor.Considering all aspects of performance,the optimal milling time is 6 h.
