钛合金搪瓷涂层研究现状
Current Research Status of Enamel Coatings on Titanium Alloys
【摘要】 钛合金由于具有优异的性能,已被应用于航空航天领域,但高温抗氧化性一直制约着其更广泛的应用。综述了钛合金搪瓷涂层的研究进展,详细介绍了钛合金搪瓷涂层的成分、制备方法和性能,分析了目前钛合金搪瓷涂层存在的与金属基体热膨胀系数不匹配所导致的结合力差、易脱落等问题,展望了搪瓷涂层未来的发展方向。
【Abstract】 With the outstanding property,titanium alloys have been used in aerospace fields.However,a wider application has been suppressed due to the poor high temperature oxidation resistance.Current research of enamel coatings on titanium alloys is reviewed.The compositions,preparation methods and properties of enamel coatings are introduced in detail.The main problems present in enamel coatings are indicated,especially on the weak interfacial strength caused by the CTE mismatch of coatings to alloy substrates.The future development of enamel coatings is proposed.
