稀土硼酸盐发光材料的研究进展
Research Progress of Rare Earth Borate Luminescent Materials
【摘要】 硼酸盐发光材料的研究是一个比较活跃的领域。由于硼酸盐基质结构组成的多样性及结构中B-O配位方式的不同,适合作不同光源激发的基质材料,使其在照明、通讯、显示等方面的应用价值日渐突显,被认为是很有实用价值的发光材料,很多学者在此方面进行了大量的研究。简述了国内外硼酸盐发光材料的总体研究状况,根据阳离子的掺入情况,从单金属硼酸盐基质和多金属硼酸盐基质角度,综述了稀土硼酸盐发光材料的研究进展,为硼酸盐发光材料的进一步研究提供依据。
【Abstract】 The research on borate luminescent materials is very active.Because the structure of borate matrix is diversity and the B-O coordination is different,the rare earth borates thought to be a very useful luminescent material in lighting,communications,display,etc.And a lot of research works have been done in this field.The general research situation of borate luminescent materials at home and abroad is briefly introduced.According to the incorporating of captions,the research progress on rare earth borate luminescent materials both from single metal borate matrix and multiple metal borate matrixes are introduced,which provided the basis for further study on borates.
