氟化碳材料氟碳比的红外谱分析
IR Spectral analysis of Fluorine-Carbon ratio of Fluorinated carbon Material
【摘要】 氟化碳材料是一种高储能密度锂一次电池正极材料,材料氟碳比的测定是材料研究的重要基础。本工作针对新型氟化碳材料的红外光谱特性,利用红外谱图峰面积定量原理,提出了一种氟化碳材料中氟碳比测定的新方法。建立的碳碳键与氟碳键的红外吸收峰面积之比与氟化碳材料的氟碳比之间的线性相关关系,可方便地通过红外谱图得到氟化碳材料的含氟量。
【Abstract】 Fluorinated carbon material is a cathode material of the lithium battery with a high energy density. The Fluorine-Carbon ratio is a useful parameter on the synthesis of Fluorinated carbon. In the present work,based on the principles of quantitative analysis of IR spectroscopy and the its characteristics,a new measuring method for Fluorine-Carbon ratio was established. The linear relationship between Fluorine-Carbon ratio and peak-area ratio of IR is of advantage to determine the fluorine content of fluorinated carbon material.
