【摘要】运用层次分析法构建了科研立项评估体系,并对武汉市农科院具有代表性的4项课题进行了评估,研究认为,武汉市农科院在项目申请中比较看重项目的立项意义和预期结果,且填写科研项目申报书时明确总体与阶段性目标对成功申报项目具有至关重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the paper,we constructed the evaluation system of scientific research projects by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and evaluated four representative projects of Wuhan Academy of Agricultural Science and Technology.The results showed that the project significance and expected results were very important in the project application of Wuhan Academy of Agricultural Science and Technology,and having specific general and phased goals played vital roles on successfully applying for a project while filled in scientific research project declaration.更多还原
