资源和环境约束下的共同物流运作风险SVM预测模型
Support Vector Machines Risk Forecast Model for Food Supply Chain Operation Under Resources and Environment Constraint
【摘要】 在物流产业发展中,建立共同物流体系是缓解资源与环境压力的有效手段。共同物流体系涉及多主体的跨行业合作,运作风险的预测与管控是其有效运转的关键所在。本文以15个地区共同物流运作风险为基础,建立了基于SVM方法的共同物流运作风险预测模型,对不同地区资源和环境约束下的共同物流运作风险水平进行了预测。
【Abstract】 Common logistics is an important way to alleviate the dual pressures of economy and society.The common logistics involves multi-agents,cooperates in different professions.To forecast and control the operation risk is a key point.The paper designs common logistics operation risk forecast model based on the SVM,takes 15 regions of common logistics operation risk as the foundation,and carries on the forecast about resources environment restraint’s common logistics operation risk level.
