基于Nios Ⅱ的随钻声波测井仪器调试台架系统设计
Design of Test-bench System for Acoustic Logging While Drilling Tool Based on Nios Ⅱ
【摘要】 介绍一种基于Nios Ⅱ的随钻声波测井仪器调试台架的系统组成方案,采用主从式结构,主机和前端机通过以太网互联。前端机基于Nios Ⅱ技术,主控板通过自定义的M-LVDS扩展总线连接各种专业化功能板卡。介绍了主控板和典型功能板的设计方案以及基于uClinux的嵌入端软件和主控软件的设计思路。该调试台架具有CAN和MWD通讯接口以及多通道阵列波形信号输出功能,能够对随钻声波测井仪器井下实时算法进行测试和验证,满足随钻声波测井仪器研发阶段和现场服务阶段的技术需求。
【Abstract】 A design concept of test-bench composition based on Nios Ⅱ for acoustic logging while drilling tool is introduced.Principal and subordinate structure is used;the host and front-computer interconnect via Ethernet.The front-computer is based on Nios Ⅱ soft-core processor technique,and an expanded I/O bus base on M-LVDS is defined to connect the main control board and all kinds of specialized function boards.The design concept of the main control board and typical function board,and the design thoughts of embedded end software base on uClinux and main control software are introduced.The test-bench has CAN and MWD communication interface,and can output multi-channel array signals to verify or test the downhole real time processing program,which fulfills the requirements of tool design and field service.
