【摘要】 目的根据鼻衄的病因、出血部位及患者的全身情况,选择安全有效、正确的治疗方案,同时预防相关并发症的发生。方法对59例急诊鼻衄住院患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果全部病例根据患者鼻衄的病情情况,选择安全有效的治疗方法,随访3个月,疗效满意,未再出现鼻出血。结论根据患者的出血原因、出血部位、出血程度,选择适宜的止血手段,不拘泥于设备、条件、形式,因地适宜,因病施治,多种方法配合,达到有效的治疗目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To select correcte, safe, and effective treatments on epistaxis according to different bleeding causes, situses and systemic conditions of epistaxis patients. Method To collect and analyze 59 emergency cases of epistaxis who were admitted in hospital. Result All screened cases were cured with safe and effective treatments, all cases were followed up for 3 months and were not bleeding again. Conclusion Satisfactory curative effects of epistaxis were acquired based on different appropriate and effective treatments according to different causes, situses and extents of epistaxis.更多还原
