【摘要】 目的:通过观察正畸治疗前后牙根吸收表现,分析正畸治疗中牙根吸收的临床特点。方法:选择经过完整正畸的病例70例,以改良式牙根吸收分级法对患者曲面断层片进行评估并分析,判定牙根吸收程度。结果:正畸治疗后牙根吸收发生率明显上升,但大多表现轻度吸收。结论:正畸治疗可以明显增加牙根吸收的风险,临床上应密切关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the performance of external apical root resorption(EARR) before and after orthodontic treatment.Methods: This study consisted of 70 patients who had accepted orthodontic treatments and taken the pre-and post-treatment panoramic radiographs.The root resorption score was recorded.Results: The prevalence of EARR rose significantly after orthodontic treatment.All kinds of EARR were light or moderate after orthodontic treatment.Conclusion: Orthodontic treatment can significantly increase the risks of EARR and we should pay more attention to these problems during orthodontic treatment.更多还原
