ScanSAR干涉测量汶川地震形变场
Deformation analysis of Wenchuan earthquake based on ScanSAR interferometry
【摘要】 汶川地震是一个破坏性巨大的地震,获取形变场是反演地震地球物理模型参数和研究此次地震发震机理的有效途径之一。本文根据ScanSAR干涉测量幅宽和重访周期短的优点,提出利用ScanSAR数据来获取汶川地震形变场的方法,且得到了幅宽约为405km×405km的形变场。通过分析,在汶川大地震中,断裂带破坏非常严重,形变的范围大,断层上盘相距震中150km处的阿坝地区变形达2cm,断层下盘相距震中70km的成都变形达0.10m,越靠近地震断裂带,断层下盘的变形梯度较断层上盘要大。通过ScanSAR干涉测量在汶川地震中的应用,表明了ScanSAR干涉测量在巨大地震和板块运动等地球科学研究中具有重要的意义。
【Abstract】 Wenchuan earthquake is considerably destructive. The derived deformation field is an effective way to retrieve the geophysical parameters and study the seismic mechanism. Based on the wide swath and short revisit time,ScanSAR data were used for Wenchuan earthquake deformation field in this paper. First,the process of ScanSAR interferometry was analyzed in detail,and the deformation field was derived with the extent of 405km × 405km. The results revealed that it was not the largest deformation region at the earthquake focus. The deformation was as large as 2cm for the hanging wall Aba area,150km away from earthquake focus,as well as 10cm for the heading wall Chengdu area 70km apart. The closer you get to the fault zone,the larger the deformation gradient of the heading wall becomes. With the application,it was showed that ScanSAR interferometry could be significant for earth science research such as large earthquakes and crustal motion.
