臭氧对含表面活性剂碱性废水泡沫稳定性的影响

【摘要】 分别采用氮气和氮气与臭氧混合气对含表面活性剂的碱性废水进行鼓泡处理,产生泡沫,研究了发泡性能及泡沫稳定性的变化。结果表明,随着臭氧氧化的进行,体系中的有机质浓度不断降低,通入臭氧混合气87 min时,COD降解率达到18.3%,泡沫高度仅为118.3 cm,体系的发泡性能下降,泡沫液膜的弹性和表面黏度下降,液膜变薄后自身修复能力下降,泡沫易破裂,泡沫的稳定性下降。

【Abstract】 Alkaline waste water was treated by bubbling with nitrogen and nitrogen-ozone mixed gas respectively and foams were generated.The changes of foaming performance and foam stability were examined.Results showed that,following the carrying out of ozonization,content of organic matter in the waste water system reduces successively;after the bubbling of ozone-nitrogen mixed gas for 87 min,COD of the waste water reduces by 18.3% of the initial value;the foam height is only 118.3 cm;the foaming performance of the system reduces;elasticity and surface viscosity of the liquid film of the bubbles in the foam system declines;as thickness of the liquid film becomes thinner,the self repairing capability of the foam drops;the bubbles are easily to brake and the foam stability reduced.
