制备球状卡波树脂反相悬浮聚合体系的研究

【摘要】 对反相悬浮聚合法制备球状卡波树脂体系中的分散剂、交联剂、中和度、水的加入量、正己烷和水的质量比、引发体系等对聚合体系稳定性及产物性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明,当选用相对于单体质量分别为0.3%的聚二甲基硅氧烷PEG-7磷酸酯(DCP)+0.3%的失水山梨醇硬脂酸酯(Span 60)作为复合分散剂,单体质量的0.03%的三甲基丙基聚氧乙烯(15)醚三丙烯酸酯(TPET)+0.60%的蔗糖烯丙基醚(ASE)作为复合交联剂,中和度为30%,水的加入量为单体质量的150%~200%,m(正己烷)/m(水)=2.5,单体质量的0.5%的偶氮二异丁脒盐酸盐(V50)作为引发体系时,聚合体系稳定,在此条件下得到了黏均相对分子质量数量级为105,堆积密度达0.65 g·cm-3,增稠性能良好的球状卡波树脂。

【Abstract】 Spherical carfopol resin was prepared by inverse suspension polymerization.Effects of dosage of dispersant,cross linking agent,initiator and water,as well as ratio of hexane to water,neutralized degree et al on the stability of the polymerization system and the properties of the product were studied.Results showed that,using a blended dispersant composed of 0.3%(refers to mass fraction of the monomer,hereinafter same for others) of polydimethylsilicone PEG-7 phosphate and 0.3% of sorbitan monostearate(Span 60),a blended cross linking agent composed of 0.03% of trimethylpropyl ethoxylated(15) triacrylate(TPET) and 0.60% of allyl sucrose ethoxylate(ASE),an initiator composed with 0.5% of azodiisobutyroamidine hydrochloride(V50) and 150%-200% of water,as well as with a neutralization degree of 30% and a n-hexane to water ratio of 2.5,a stable polymerization system can be formed.Under these conditions,order of magnitude of viscosity average relative molecular weight of the product achieves 105,and bulk density achieves 0.65 g·cm-3.The product shows good thickening performance.
