基于环形阵列扭矩传感器的高精度扭矩测量系统设计

【摘要】 针对极端恶劣环境下机械转轴扭矩动态测量所出现的精度不高的问题,结合环形空间阵列扭矩传感器原理与输出信号的特点,提出并设计了一种新颖高精度的非接触式扭矩测量系统框架。传感器信号在由S3C2440 AL微处理器与ADS1274 A/D转换器实现采集后,着重讨论利用多重相关法来抑制系统噪声,并测量两路信号相位差,提高系统扭矩测量精度。实验结果证明:融入多重相关法的环形阵列扭矩传感器测量系统精度明显提高,且结构简单,能够在恶劣环境下稳定工作。

【Abstract】 Aiming at problem of low precision of dynamic measurement of mechanical spindle torque in extremely harsh environments,combined with the ring-space array torque sensor principle and characteristics of output signal,a new framework of non-contact torque measuring system with high precision is proposed and designed.Signal of sensor is acquisited by microprocessor S3C2440AL and A/D converter ADS1274,and focuses on using multiple cross-correlation method to suppress system noise,measure signal phase difference and improve the torque measurement precision.The experimental results indicate that the measuring system of ring array torque sensor using multiple correlation method has higher precision,simple structure and it can work stably in harsh environments.
