新型三导联无线ECG设计与其处理算法研究
Design of novel wireless 3-lead ECG and research of its processing algorithm
【摘要】 给出一种新型三导联无线ECG的设计方法。以便携式、小型化、低功耗为目标,分别以用于生物电势测量单通道24位模拟前端ADS1291、基于Cortex—M3微控制器STM32L162和2.4 GHz无线收发器nRF24L01作为心电检测的数据采集、数据采集控制与处理模块、无线通信模块。重点介绍了一种基于差分运算的QRS波检测方法,具有运算量低、正确率高等优点。制作了原理样机,并通过实验测试验证了该算法的有效性。
【Abstract】 A novel design method of wireless 3-lead ECG is presented.ADS1291 with single-channel,24-bit analog front-end for biopotential measurements,STM32L162 based on Cortex-M3 microcontroller,2.4 GHz wireless transceiver nRF24L01 are adopted and respectively used as data acquisition module,data acquisition control and processing module,and wireless communication module of ECG,so as to make it portable,miniaturized,low power consumption.QRS wave detection algorithm which has advantages of low computation and high accuracy based on difference operation method is introduced.A prototype is developed,and experiment verifies the effectiveness of this algorithm.
