Ag阴极沉积速率对顶发射有机发光器件性能的影响
Effect of Deposition Rate of Ag Cathode on Performance of Top-emitting Organic Light-emitting Diodes
【摘要】 通过在阴极钐(Sm)上面沉积银(Ag)得到具有半透明阴极的顶发射有机电致发光器件。实验发现Ag的沉积速率对器件性能起着重要的作用。通过优化Ag以及Alq3匹配层的厚度,使器件的电流效率提高了2.3倍。
【Abstract】 The semitransparent Samarium(Sm)/Ag bilayer cathode has been used in the top-emitting organic light emitting devices. The deposition rate of Ag deposited on Sm plays a crucial role in determining the electrical properties of the Sm/Ag cathode. After thickness optimization of Ag and Alq3layers,maximum current efficiency of the device has been increased by a factor of 2.3.
