中波红外系统两挡变倍机构的研究
Study on Zoom Mechanism for Medium Wave Infrared System
【摘要】 光电跟踪测量系统主要用于发现并跟踪远距离运动目标。在目标跟踪过程中,需要根据目标大小变换光学系统焦距。有时用短焦搜索目标,有时用长焦观察目标细节。传统的变倍机构采用导轨丝杠形式,将变倍镜组安装在滑板上,随着电机带动丝杠转动,实现变倍镜组移动。但是其缺点是结构复杂、加工装配难度大、易卡死等。本文针对这些缺点,采用了创新技术设计了一种变倍机构,改平移切换镜组为旋转切换镜组形式,解决了易卡死问题,同时结构简单、定位精度高、故障率低。光学同轴性小于30″,重复定位精度可达到5″以内。
【Abstract】 Optical tracking system is mainly used to detect and track moving targets. In the target tracking process,the focal length need to be transformed according to the target size. Sometimes,the short the focal length is used to search target,Sometimes the long focal length is used to observe the target details. So two Fields of view is used commonly to switch. The traditional form is adopted rail screw Zoom. The Zoom Lens is mounted on the slide,a difference Zoom Lenses are made by motor driven screw rotation. However,the main drawback of this structure is complex and difficult processing the positioning accuracy is low. To solve this problem,a simple structure is invented with high positioning accuracy and the failure rate is low. Minimum resolution can reach 30″and repeat positioning accuracy can reach 5 arc seconds or less.
