强混CVT轿车模式切换控制

【摘要】 对一种并联式强混CVT轿车动力传动系统的工作模式及发动机、ISG电机和CVT的工作特性进行了分析。建立了各驱动模式的数学模型,对各驱动模式的工作区域进行了划分,制定了各驱动模式间切换的条件和行进中电机启动发动机的扭矩协调控制策略。利用Mat-lab/Simulink仿真软件建立了基于该控制策略的强混CVT轿车传动系统动力学模型,并进行了典型模式切换过程(电起机)的仿真研究。对行进中电机启动发动机过程进行了台架试验。仿真和试验结果均表明所提出的扭矩协调控制策略能有效减小该混合动力传动系统模式切换时的扭矩波动和冲击。

【Abstract】 This paper studied the driving-modes on a full hybrid electric vehicle power transmission system and the performance of its engine,CVT and ISG.After building the mathematic models of each driving-mode,it divided the operation model region and setting mode switching conditions,and it mainly studied the proposed coordinated torque control method applied to the switching from ISG driving mode to engine driving mode.Then a kinetic model of this vehicle power transmission system was built by Matlab/simulink soft based on the control method and the driving-mode-switch simulation was finished.It also verified the results with bench test.Results of simulation and bench test both show that the introduced strategy can reduce the torque surge and improve the vehicle drivability.
