胆固醇、pH值对金属离子与磷脂酰甘油相互作用成膜的影响

【摘要】 研究了加不等胆固醇、亚相pH值及加入成膜物质量等因素对磷脂酰甘油单分子膜的影响。运用正交实验法研究了这几个因素同时对磷脂酰甘油单分子膜的影响。用极差分析方法得到影响单分子膜成膜质量的主次顺序及制备最佳PG单分子膜的条件。研究结果表明,双亲性分子PG成膜的最佳条件为:亚相为MgCl2,加入成膜物质的量为30μL,亚相的pH值为6.8,加入胆固醇的量为20μL;PG单分子成膜质量影响主次顺序为:PG量因素高度显著,亚相物质因素显著,亚相pH值因素不太显著,加Chol量因素最不显著。

【Abstract】 In this paper,firstly,the LB technique is used to study adding the amount of cholesterol,the subphase pH value,adding the amount of film forming matter and other factors on the impact of phosphatidylglycerol monolayers,followed by the use of orthogonal experimental method to study these factors for phosphatidylglycerol monolayers’s effect.Finally,the method of pole-poor analysis is used to get the adlayer film quality of the primary and secondary order and the conditions of the preparation of the best PG monolayers.The results show that the best conditions for the amphiphilic molecules PG: Sub-phase for the MgCl2,adding the amount of film forming material is 30 μL,subphase pH of 6.8,adding the amount of cholesterol is 20 μL.The order of affecting PG film quality of the single-molecule was that factor B is highly significant,factors A is significant,factor C is less significant,and D is the least significant.
