红外吸收法测定镍基高温合金中痕量硫
Determination of Trace Sulfur in Ni-Base Superalloy by Infrared Absorption
【摘要】 应用LECO CS-444LS红外碳硫测定仪,对低偏析镍基高温合金中痕量硫的测定技术进行了研究。考察了影响低硫测定的主要因素,采用医用氧气、W-Sn助熔剂、坩埚预处理等途径降低并稳定了空白。测定范围0.000 1%~0.000 5%,RSD<30%。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the technique for determination of trace sulfur in Ni-base low segregation superalloy has been studied by LECO CS-444LS.The main influencing factors during determination of trace sulfur are investigated.The blank has been stabled and leveled off by pre-treatment of ceramic crucible,and adoption oxygen gas for medical use and W-Sn Flux.Range:0.000 1%—0.000 5%,RSD<30%.
