【摘要】 基于东北三省老工业基地数据,从内生经济增长理论出发,采用柯布—道格拉斯生产函数,引入信息技术和人力资本因素,实证研究信息技术进步与扩散对经济增长和就业的影响效应。研究结果表明:在样本区间内,吉林省、辽宁省和全国水平信息技术对经济增长的影响都是积极的,资本劳动比弹性系数均为负值,信息技术发展路径是资本节约模式。而黑龙江省的资本劳动比弹性系数为正值,信息技术发展是资本深化路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper takes the Northeast three provinces as examples to do the empirical research on the relationship between the development of information technology and economic growth,embarking from the economic growth theory and using Cobb-Douglas production function in which it introduce information technology and human capital factors. The results show that information technology of Jilin Province,Liaoning Province and the Nation all have a positive impact on economic growth and employment instead of the negative impact for Heilongjiang province.更多还原
