【摘要】 目的:探讨当飞利肝宁胶囊联合生活干预治疗非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)疗效。方法:将120例非酒精性脂肪肝患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用当飞利肝宁胶囊加生活干预治疗,对照组只使用当飞利肝宁胶囊治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗组的总有效率为90.0%,显著高于对照组的56.7%(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后的ALT、AST、TG、TC、LDL、BMI及肝脏影像学的改善显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:当飞利肝宁胶囊联合生活干预对非酒精性脂肪肝有显著改善,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of Dang-fei-li-gan-ning capsule combined with lifestyle intervention in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease( NAFLD). Methods: 120 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver were divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group was treated with Dang-fei-li-gan-ning capsule combined with lifestyle intervention,the control group only used the Dang-fei-li-gan-ning capsule,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.
