【摘要】 目的:考察白术茯苓汤不同配比对脾虚型克罗恩病(Crohn’s disease,CD)大鼠血清细胞因子的影响;初步探讨该方治疗脾虚CD的免疫学机理。方法:采用破气耗气加饥饱失常之复因脾虚造模法结合Morris方法复制脾虚型CD动物模型,白术茯苓汤不同配比灌胃给药,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白介素-10(IL-10)含量。结果:与空白组相比,模型组TNF-α升高、IL-10降低(P<0.05);与模型组比较,B5组(白术∶茯苓=12∶15)、B6组(白术∶茯苓=15∶12)、B7组(白术∶茯苓=18∶9)TNF-α降低(P﹤0.05);B6组(白术∶茯苓=15∶12)IL-10升高(P﹤0.05)。结论:白术茯苓汤不同配比对脾虚型CD的细胞因子影响有异;其中以B6组对脾虚型CD大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-10作用较为显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Bai-zhu-fu-ling-tang in different proportioning on TNF-α and IL-10 in Crohn’ s Disease rats with spleen deficiency syndrome were explored the immunologic mechanism of Bai-zhu-fu-ling-tang on Crohn’ s disease.Methods:To establish the rat model of Crohn’ s disease with spleen deficiency syndrome and cure model rats by Bai-zhu-fu-ling-tang in different proportioning,ELISA kit was used to determine the TNF-α and IL-10 in rats blood serum.Results:①Comparing to the negative control,the level of TNF-α of the model group ascended significantly(P<0.05)and IL-10 descend significantly(P<0.05);② Comparing to the model group: the level of TNF-α in Bai-zhu-fu-ling-tang B5 group,B6 group and B7 group descend significantly(P<0.05);the level of IL-10 in Bai-zhu-fu-ling-tang B6 group ascended significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Bai-zhu-fu-ling-tang B6 group is better than other groups in TNF-α and IL-10.更多还原
