新生儿脐血网织红细胞参数水平的检测及与贫血的关系

【摘要】 目的:检测新生儿脐血网织红细胞6项参数的水平及在贫血情况下的变化。方法:采用SysmexXE-2100全自动血液分析仪检测新生儿脐血RET%、RET#、IRF、LFR、MFR、HFR等6项参数,进行性别之间、正常与贫血之间的比较,并与1日龄新生儿的资料进行对比。结果:新生儿脐血网织红细胞HFR男性高于女性。女性正常组IRF、MFR低于男性正常组,女性贫血组IRF、HFR低于男性贫血组;男性正常与贫血之间比较,除HFR减低外,其余5项参数比较差异无统计学意义,女性正常与贫血之间6项参数比较差异均无统计学意义。除HFR外,脐血网织红细胞其余5项参数与1日龄新生儿比较,差异均有统计学意义。结论:新生儿脐血网织红细胞参数有别于出生后的参数,受贫血因素影响较小。

【Abstract】 Objective:To detect the parameters of reticulocyte in neonatal cord blood and their changes during anemia.Methods:The RET%,RET#,IRF,LFR,MFR and HFR of reticulocyte in neonatal cord blood were detected by using Sysmex XE-2100 automatic blood analysis.The differences of the 6 parameters of reticulocyte between sex,normal and anemia were compared;also compared the 6 parameters of cord blood with 1-day age neonate.Results:HFR of neonatal cord blood reticulocyte of baby boy was higher than that of baby girl.IRF and MFR of reticulocyte of normal baby girl were lower than that of baby body;IRF and HFR of reticulocyte of anemia baby girl were lower than that of baby boy.The HFR of reticulocyte of normal baby boy was lower than that of anemia baby boy;while there had no obvious differences between normal and anemia baby boy about other 5 parameters.For normal and anemia baby girl,the 6 parameters of reticulocyte all had no obvious differences.Except HFR,there had obvious differences about other 5 parameters of reticulocyte between neonatal cord blood and 1-day age neonate.Conclusions: The parameters of neonatal cord blood reticulocyte are different from postnatal neonate,and are less affected by anemia.
